About fiddle
”Fiddle” is a small bakery-cafe that operated in Matsumoto, Nagano until March 2020. The owner returned to his hometown in Tohoku and decided to reopen the business again in Tagajo City as “Bread, Baked Goods, and Succulent Plants Store Fiddle”. We aim to create a warm and nostalgic store like a toy box filled with the owner’s favorite things.
The store in Tagajo City will sell freshly baked bread, sandwiches, and garden goods centered on succulent plants, while the online store will sell baked goods, bread, and icing cookies by order. In addition, we plan to hold workshops, bread and pastry classes, and other events in the kitchen space on the premises of the actual store.
